Founder & Executive Director

Raymonda Delaware is the founder and visionary behind Dream Innovations. As a native of the Mississippi Delta, Raymonda saw firsthand the challenges facing low-income students and families in accessing technology and workforce development opportunities. With a deep commitment to her community, she founded Dream Innovations to bridge the digital divide and provide innovative technology programs to those who need it most.

As Executive Director, Raymonda leads the organization with a passion for empowering students and families through education and technology. Under her leadership, Dream Innovations has grown to become a leading non-profit organization in the Mississippi Delta, providing high-quality programs and initiatives to thousands of students and families.

Raymonda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Mississippi State University, and has over 15 years of experience in the technology industry. She is a respected leader in the community, and has received numerous awards and recognition for her work in advancing technology education and workforce development in the Mississippi Delta.
