The “DREAM WORC” Program at Dream Innovations, Inc. is an innovative training program that will allow enrollees meeting the prescribed criteria to engage in specialized training programs based on the results of in-depth assessments of their education, skills, interests and experiences. The tailored program will integrate cutting-edge innovative technologies and digital learning resources into all training activities.
The program activities incorporate specialized technologies to prepare participants for entrance into the workforce, specifically a workforce that is becoming increasingly more “digitized”. We will provide insight on new career opportunities available and achievable. These training methods and collaboration opportunities will expand the abilities of the participants by introducing skills and training resources that are not prevalent within rural areas. These unique training combinations will also establish exposure to additional career paths that will increase opportunities for higher paying jobs benefitting underserved and marginalized communities of color.
By introducing and providing hands on training in areas such as: Networking, Wiring, Coding, Web Design, Graphic Design, Game Design, eSports, Engineering, and more, participants have the opportunity to enter into careers that will allow them to remain in the area and simultaneously provide beneficial services to existing local businesses and thrive while also earning significantly higher income. Participants who successfully complete their customized training activities will be positioned to compete globally to secure and succeed in high level positions in virtually any career field.
